More about ASHER

I started my fitness journey during high school, and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. I was always the quiet, skinny kid who was easily pushed around and had zero self-confidence. I was a people pleaser who put others needs before my own and allowed people to take advantage of me. The gym is where I started to find confidence in myself, and once I started seeing progress, I was hooked. Even through injury and family health complications, the gym provided my life with structure, and I learned many life skills through my experiences. Such as discipline, work ethic, and critical thinking. I decided to step on stage to challenge and push myself to the limits both physically and mentally and found that it was one of the most rewarding experiences I had ever gone through. I’ve learned so much about myself physically, mentally, and spiritually throughout my fitness career and find joy in helping others find fulfillment through their journey.
